SHIPPING

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. After your order has been shipped, delivery time frames are out of our control.

DELIVERY COSTS

Your shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Standard $12 flat rate shipping, tracked

$12 flat rate shipping is applied to all orders that are too large to send in a standard flat envelope. Tracking is included with standard shipping.

Envelope $5 flat rate, no tracking

$5 flat rate shipping is available to all orders that can be shipped in standard flat envelopes. $5 flat rate shipping DOES NOT include tracking.

DISPATCH TIMES

Your merchandise order will be dispatched within 4 business days from placement of order. For orders with tracking, customers will receive an email with details of your tracking number which you can track via Australia Post.

Please note: Orders that include backordered items will be shipped as they come into stock. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, everything will be sent together once all items are available.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via Standard Parcel Post with Australia Post. To estimate the delivery time after your order has been dispatched, go to the Australia Post website. Enter postcode 2100 as the 'from' location, and your postcode as the 'to' location to receive an estimate from Australia Post.

RETURNS

Returns are limited to the exchange of sizes (where available). Return costs are to be paid for by the customer. If you require an exchange, please get in touch so that we can assist further.
