SHIPPING

Your order will be sent via Australia Post. After your order has been shipped, delivery time frames are out of our control.

DELIVERY COSTS

Your shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Standard $12 flat rate shipping, tracked $12 flat rate shipping is applied to all orders that are too large to send in a standard flat envelope. Tracking is included with standard shipping.

Envelope $5 flat rate, no tracking $5 flat rate shipping is available to all orders that can be shipped in standard flat envelopes. $5 flat rate shipping DOES NOT include tracking.

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders dispatch from 1 June. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. For orders with tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number which you can track via Australia Post.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via Standard Parcel Post with Australia Post. To estimate delivery time after dispatch, go to the Australia Post website. Enter postcode 2100 as the 'from' location, and your postcode as the 'to' location.

RETURNS

Returns are limited to the exchange of sizes (where available). Return costs are to be paid for by the customer. If you require an exchange, please get in touch so that we can assist further.
